MAKING A DIFFERENCE

In this final assessment, you will touch back to the various components of the course and create a video that could help to convince your peers to get more active by showing them how much you have progressed over the course. Your video should be between 4–5 minutes long.

COMPONENTS

Your video should include at least the following components:

  1. Show or describe your journey from the beginning of the course to the end. Review the data you have been gathering to track your progress.
  2. Demonstrations of skills which highlight your progress or ability
  3. Help everyone stay safe with a safety "do and don't" for one or more skills
  4. Advise to your peers you took away from the Health unit. Give them information that might help them about one of the following:
    • Healthy Eating
    • Conflict Resolution
    • Living Independently
  5. General advice for peers who are interested in getting more active
